RSpell OS updates focus on the main operating system partition to minimize risk. Your service data, Control Center, and user data stay intact during updates.

Update process​

  • Updates are downloaded automatically by the system.
  • If needed, you can trigger a manual update.
  • Updates are delivered as signed images and verified before flashing.
  • Updates are applied using SWUpdate.
  • The device reboots after a successful update.
